Dusty Attic Comics - Return and Refund Policy
At Dusty Attic Comics, we take pride in providing Quality CGC Graded & Raw Comic Books and other items. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers while respecting the unique nature of collectible items, we have crafted a fair return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Raw Comics: Returns for Raw comics are accepted only if there is a significant discrepancy between the listed grade and the actual condition of the comic upon delivery. For example, if an item listed as "9.2" arrives and is visibly in "8.0" condition, we will accept a return. Please inspect all pictures before making purchases. We have been doing this since 2010 and have an excellent record for strict & conservative grading. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, if there is an issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- We do NOT accept returns on CGC Graded Comics.
- We inspect all CGC Graded Comics when listing & before shipping.
- CGC gives a guaranteed grade in a tamper evident case. There shouldn't be any issues.
3. Refund Options
- Full Refund or Store Credit: Eligible returns can receive either a full refund to the original payment method or a store credit, depending on the customer's preference.
- Partial Refunds: For minor discrepancies where the buyer wishes to keep the item, we may offer a partial refund to account for the difference in value.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue. Be prepared to provide clear photos of the item and its packaging if you are claiming an issue with the item.
